We offer free shipping in India on every item purchased through our website.
When will my order arrive?
At Loomkāri, no two pieces are the same! We make each carpet, especially for you, at the time that you place your order. The time to delivery differs for each of our different collections:
Dhurrie & Flatloom, Kids and Nature Collection
We aim to dispatch all orders within 35 days of order placement. The estimated time of delivery is between 25 to 30 days from the time of placing the order.
Vintage and Solid Collection
Each carpet in this selection is special and rare. Any carpet from this section takes us 125 days to weave and dispatch.
We promise you quality unsurpassed and a piece that you will love and cherish, for the patience required to own a carpet from these collections.
How will I know whether my order is confirmed?
Once the order is successfully placed, you will receive the following notifications via email:
- Email confirming the order
- Email with tracking details and Invoice once the product is shipped
How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order by emailing us at custom.service@loomkari.com. Order cancellation will only be accepted up to 24 hours, after placing your order.
Once the order is cancelled, the refund shall be initiated and it should reflect in your bank account within 72 business hours.
Is there any hidden cost?
India: Listed prices include shipping but not GST (12% on Carpets & Floor coverings), which is added at check out on our website
International: Listed prices are exclusive of duties & taxes. Additional costs can go up to 35% or more of order value which needs to be paid to the shipping company at the time of delivery.
What is your Returns Policy ?
We take utmost care from the time of manufacturing to delivery of our products and are 100% sure of our quality. If we find a piece is not up to our standards, we will not ship it to you.
We do not accept returns unless you have received a damaged carpet from us.
If, at the time of delivery, you find that your carpet is damaged in any form- please immediately email us images at custom.service@loomkari.com.
You are important to us and we will consider your request and take the necessary action to ensure that you are satisfied and happy!
